Safer Internet Day (SID) is organized in February
of each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and
mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world. Today
is Safer Internet Day! When you post online, you post to the world. What can we
all do to be more responsible digital citizens and surf the internet more
safely? We'll be posting some of our own
guidelines in the comments - but we want to hear YOUR thoughts. The theme for the day is 'Online rights and
responsibilities', when we will encourage users to 'Connect with respect'.
