The First ever National Voter’s Day Pakistan
 17 October 2012
The aim of the National Voter’s Day is to spread awareness amongst citizens about the importance of voting. If our citizen will aware about the power of vote they can change system.
DASE believe that in order for democracy to work properly, citizens need to be actively engaged with those issues that affect their lives.
DASE Foundation Pakistan is raising community awareness about voting and election processes, voter rights and responsibilities and the responsibilities of the Government; building capacity at a local level in the area of public information dissemination; and develops sustainable mechanisms at the local level.
We address voters' motivation and preparedness to participate fully in elections. Please support to this cause and spread this message to others.

                                                                War against poverty
The real and most dangerous enemy of our society is poverty. More than 70% of our population is living in BPL and it is not decreasing. It is sad to found that it is increasing per day. The only reason is that our society is dependent on government jobs; education system is not making useful skilled persons and lack of skills to grab the opportunities. We believe that women should also be part of our work force in real income generation practices.
DASE wants to increase, sport and promote home based, micro based and small entrepreneurs. To educate and develop skills for better utilization of resources especially value addition in agricultural production etc. For the subject, DASE Foundation Pakistan has plans of RASCA, SHGs and micro entrepreneurship developments and promotions.

International Day of eradicate Poverty
Today Wednesday, 17 October is International Day of eradicate Poverty, focusing on the theme "Ending the Violence of Extreme Poverty: Promoting Empowerment and Building Peace".
Extreme poverty destroys the lives and spirit of people; it kills more children, young persons, and adults than any war. Every day, people living in extreme poverty are challenged and threatened by lack of food, shelter and access to essential services. They endure hazardous working conditions and live in precarious, degraded, and insecure living environments. The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty is a call to everyone to gather with people living in extreme poverty to share and exchange information, as equal partners, on initiatives that focus on the most vulnerable and excluded populations, and their active participation in poverty eradication. Please join and support to DASE Foundation Pakistan for Poverty eradication in South Punjab of Pakistan

We can end hunger if we focused on agriculture
Building power, Growing communities, ending hunger
The first essential component of social justice is adequate food for all mankind.” Please support to DASE Foundation Pakistan for provision of Food to poor families. Today we have analyzed the crisis of food in South Punjab of Pakistan.
World Food Day 2012 shines a light on agricultural cooperatives in particular, and their contribution to poverty and hunger reduction. After all, of the nearly 900 million hungry people in the world today, 70 percent live in rural areas where agriculture is the economic mainstay. An opportunity once a year (every October 16) to focus on one of the most persistent global challenges hunger. In a world of mega supermarkets and fast food, there are still nearly one billion people who go to sleep hungry every night. As World Food Day USA states, this “is the greatest atrocity of our time.”
Today more than two billion people are chronically malnourished – lacking the very basic but essential nutrients necessary for their health and wellbeing.
And nearly 200 million children are stunted – meaning they are physically short for their age – due poor nutrition early in life, which impacts their health, development and long term productivity.
