END EARLY MARRIAGES
Today On October 11th 2012, the International Day of the Girl Child, DASE started a campaign END EARLY MARRIAGES
Early Marriage is one of the prevalent forms of harmful traditional practices in rural Pakistan especially with negative consequences on women’s and girl’s reproductive health, including maternal deaths, fistula, HIV/AIDS and other negative psycho-social problems. In this regard DASE has started a campaign END EARLY MARRIAGES in Seraiki Wasaib. This tradition is very common in seraiki wasaib.
