Youth Convention

Today's generation of young people is the largest in history of Pakistan, nearly 67% of the Pakistan population are under the age of 25. Almost 60% of all young people live in rural areas. Young people are a valuable asset for Pakistan and investing in them brings tremendous social and economic benefits. They also face challenges including violence and crime, unemployment, SRHR issues and HIV/AIDS that undermine their rights and create significant social and economic costs to society.
It is crucial that we engage the young decision makers of tomorrow in the development decisions of today. In this situation DASE Foundation Pakistan organized a Youth Convention on SRHR with the support of AWAZ Foundation Pakistan and Rutger WPF under the Parwan Project at Govt. Boys High School Nawabpur. We hope that the Youth Forum on SRHR will contribute to this goal.
